Cherry Crumble  

80g Qualabert Indigiscran Wattle Seed Flour
50g brown sugar
35g butter
1kg cooking cherries

Stew washed cherries in their own juice for 45-60 minutes.

Combine wattle seed flour, sugar and butter to a uniform crumbly consistency.

Cover stewed cherries with crumble mix in a medium casserole dish or loaf tin and bake in the top of the oven at 190'C for 30 minutes. Serve with cream.
